Give your patients options others can’t.
Access innovative treatments before they’re locally available.
Medicine access delays cost lives.
After a treatment is approved in one country, it can take up to five years to become available elsewhere. In the meantime, patients with serious conditions are left without options - despite effective treatments already in use abroad.
Regulatory review is vital, but long delays shouldn’t stand in the way of care.
As a doctor, you have the ethical responsibility - and the legal right - to offer treatments that may improve outcomes, wherever they are available.
Everyone.org is a social enterprise and medicines access platform. Over the past 10 years, we’ve helped thousands of doctors worldwide secure medicines not yet approved in their countries.
We can help you and your patients legally, safely, and quickly access treatments that aren’t yet locally available - so you can deliver the best possible outcomes.
How is this legal?
In most countries, special regulations allow importing medicines not yet approved locally.
Named Patient Import
Medical ethical regulations allow doctors to prescribe unapproved medicines for their patients on the Named Patient Import basis - a legal exception of the general rule that a medicine can only be marketed with market approval.
Visit our Legal Framework page to learn more. Or check your country’s specific requirements for Named Patient Import.

General requirements
To import a locally unapproved medicine, these conditions generally apply:
- The patient has a life-threatening or debilitating condition.
- The medicine isn’t available locally but is approved elsewhere.
- You consider it the best treatment option with no alternatives.
- It’s for personal use by one patient.
- You provide a prescription and, if needed, a brief explanation of your decision.
What are the risks to you as a doctor?
As a treating doctor, it is both safe and legal to prescribe medicines not yet approved or available locally - as long as your decision is based on professional judgment and ethical standards, and you believe it’s in your patient’s best interest.
Once you’ve made the decision to prescribe a medicine from abroad, Everyone.org’s legal, medical, and sourcing team will handle all necessary paperwork and ensure the import process follows your country’s regulations - so you can focus on patient care with confidence.

“I am very impressed by Everyone.org's team and their high level of professionalism as they were able to help me in a very delicate and crucial moment. I am amazed by these people’s dedication and a strong will to help anyone in need all around the globe.“
